That looks like a bearded Polish cross to me. Silkie crosses would have some leg feathering, usually blacker skin, and some sign of extra toes.

Polish have slate colored legs, can have beards, and have head crests, and all those traits are mostly dominant [crest and beard on offspring will be smaller]. The body shape does look like a Silkie somewhat, but the mother also has that rounded build.
