Chicken Eggs or Duck Eggs Which Is Healthier

Duck eggs and chicken eggs are so different. Duck eggs are alkaline and chicken are acid. Meaning that they have different effects on the body. People with cancer should only eat duck eggs because cancer can't survive in an alkaline environment. Chicken eggs however will make cancer grow. A lot of people who are allergic to chicken eggs can eat eat duck eggs. Duck eggs are also good for balancing out your PH balance and with my epilepsy it makes a difference.

Now as far as taste goes, I would rather eat my ducks eggs over chicken eggs any day! They are bigger, richer and I know where they are coming from. I love to eat them soft-boiled and use them to bake quiche! Now I'm hungry for an egg :)

Duck eggs and chicken eggs are both alkaline. If you worry about such things, then just eat old eggs. As the egg ages, it gives up carbon dioxide and pH rises (again, same for chicken and duck eggs).

Changes to pH pretty much only affect cancer in vitro (or possibly if you directly inject tumors). Nothing that you eat appreciably changes the pH of your body, other than saliva and urine. It has to be that way or eating any basic or acidic foods would be a grave risk to health, since we can only survive at a very narrow range of blood pH.

Finally a rational comment about the acidity/alkalinity of duck vs. chicken eggs. It should be so obvious that our natural stomach acids would take care of anything alkaline that we eat. The best thing to tell people about chicken vs. duck eggs is to just try them. It's possible that people with an allergy to chick eggs might be able to eat duck eggs. That's about the only claim anyone should ever make.
