Chicken eye bad for months

Good morning and happy new year everyone. We have a silkie who has a bad eye. It closes completely everyday. We wake up in the morning and we clean it with saline and Teramycin. Still nothing after what feels like months. Can someone please help. Here are photos of her eye slightly opened after the saline. Usually it is closed completely

She hasn’t had it her whole life. And it’s closed and crusty. We clean it with salt water and then it opens. The next day we get up and her eye is closed
