Could it be a bacterial infection? I was referring you to that thread for this post:

If it is indeed cancer, I'm not sure if there's much you can do for her. If possible I'd bring her to a vet and let them make a diagnosis, sometimes it's quite hard to make a concrete diagnoses without seeing the bird in person.

Pearls died March 5, 2016. The same day two black Cochin mix chicks were hatched and it was my two old hens birthday. She was lethargic and wouldn't eat much. Mostly stood still. We put her in a bird cage and kept her inside so she would stay warm. We don't really know why she died, probably something internal. She was almost 3.
