We have 3 “new” chickens that are 16 weeks old. They have been next to our older chickens (25 weeks old) for about 9 weeks in a smaller coop. We integrated them all a day ago. Two chickens seem to be doing fine and running away when getting pecked. One chicken hides its head and doesn't move when the other chickens are pecking it relentlessly. It has now turned bloody and pretty nasty. We have already separated the wounded chicken and put peepers on the bullies. I need some direction on what to do next!

Yeah that's a tough one. You can try the smaller coop again with a few friends until the younger one heals up and maybe grows a little more and no longer has any interesting peckable features. Sometimes with young chickens, these things age out and you can reintegrate when they're a little older as long as they are integrated with a group like you did the first time. Teenage chickens can be a pain in the neck, but they do settle down eventually.
