Chicken has purple legs/feet

I have 4 buff Orpington hens that are 11 weeks old. One of the hens has purple legs and feet. This is my first flock and I don’t know if it’s a Disease or a natural thing. The other hens don’t have the purple legs and feet they have more of a. White color. This hen seems to be the dominant one. She is very rude and well. She will chase you and try to peck at you ankles and doesn’t like to be held for more then 10 seconds.

All I see is brown scales.

I believe she is a she. We got them with 10% chance they the chicken would be a male instead of female. There could be a possibility that she is a he.
