Are those kind of chicken carrier bag things safe for the chicken? I’ve heard chicken harnesses aren’t exactly the safest and was looking for an alternative and found this. Thanks in advance.

We know a little boy who asked Santa for a chicken backpack for Christmas. His buddy is a bantam rooster and the little guy takes the rooster everywhere, usually holding it. But they did get some adorable photos of him with his rooster in the backpack. The rooster was completely cool with it. But it is a once-in-a-lifetime rooster.

April fool or can you show it?

I did hesitate to post, because I know it isn't all that valuable to say "my friend..." We know mom and family through dock diving with our dogs and she posts videos and images of the little guy (her son) on her Facebook page. I think the rooster's name is Gunther. I'm not sure if her Facebook page is private since it has images of her little boy, but I will ask if I am permitted to share.

Keep in mind, the little boy was three and it was all he asked Santa for. Gunther really is this kid's wing man, err, rooster.
