Chicken in Justified's Intro?

Does anyone know what is the breed of the chicken shown briefly in the Intro Credits on the TV show Justified ?

Gamefowl. Possibly Modern Game. Hard to tell, since the body is not shown, but it seems to have the upright stance of one of the taller game breeds.
