Chicken Keeping Classes???

Hello! I grew up on a farm in MN with chickens, so I'm not totally useless, but I live in Salem, MA now, and suburban chicken rules seem to be extremely strict. They suggest that I take a class on keeping chickens. Does anyone know if there is such a thing in Eastern MA? Or online?

Ask them, then point out why they would reccomended something that does exist
