Chicken not eating but still drinking, runny poop, lethargic

My 3 year old Buff Orpington started acting lethargic on Wednesday. She wasn’t eating and wasn’t pecking at her scratch. I moved her into her own pen so I could monitor her. She has since drank 2 bowls of water but hasn’t eaten any of her food. Her poops are runny and have undigested pieces of food in them. She hasn’t laid an egg since Tuesday. A couple other chickens have since started exhibiting the same symptoms. The only thing I have gotten her to eat is a piece of watermelon. I dusted her for mites and gave her dewormer pellets. Is there something else I should try? I called my local vet to try to get some advice but they are out of the office till Monday. Thanks for the help!

Look around to see if they are eating anything moldy or rotten. Check your feed to make sure it's not gotten rancid or moldy as well.

Having a fresh poop sample tested on Monday is a very good idea.

Check your orpington's crop to make sure it's emptying overnight and see that she is drinking. If she won't eat her normal feed, you can try offering it wet and give a little chopped egg to see if she will eat for you. Since she has not laid any eggs, feel her abdomen for any bloat/swelling or feeling of fluid.
