Half of my chickens poop is very light and loose compared to the rest. I thought I noticed blood last week so I’d been treating them for coccidiosis, it’s been 7 days now. The weather has been very up and down and raining every few days. I noticed one of my chickens standing hunched up. Maybe she’s just cold? I’ve never had any issues with sick birds so I’m not sure what to think

What kind of bird is it? How old? When was the last time she laid an egg? What are you feeding them, including treats?

You may find this helpful - it includes pics of poop.

She is a silkie bantam. I’m unsure of age but at least 8 months old. Shes been laying eggs until the last two weeks. I feed them purina all flock with oyster shell on the side and then they graze some. I’ll occasionally give them mealworms for treats. Today she looks even more hunched and lethargic and I found this poop

Is she eating and drinking? Try giving her electrolytes to give her a boost. If you don't have any, you can mix one cup of warm water with one teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of baking soda and a pinch of salt. If she won't drink you may have to dribble some on her beak or put her beak to it to encourage her to drink. I would back off the meal worm treats until she eats and drinks properly. You can also try feeding scrambled egg.
Have you felt her crop and is it empty in the morning before she eats anything?
Your picture of poop was not included.

You'll want to check her crop in the morning to ensure it is empty. Take note of how it feels, squishy, hard, doughy, etc.

Have you checked her for lice or mites? Check the vent area where it's warm or moist. Lice are white or off white in color. Mites are black or red in color. Lice eggs attach to feather shafts.

Have you dewormed her at all?

No I have not dewormed her. I’ve been trying to research which is a good broad dewormer for chickens

Here it commonly recommended to use Safeguard, a liquid goat wormer. It is given orally with a syringe (no needle). Dosage is 0.25 ml per pound of weight given 5 days.

OR

Valbazen liquid (cattle/sheep wormer). Dosage is 0.08 ml per pound or 1/2 ml for a 4-6 lb chicken - orally by syringe (no needle). Repeat in 10 days.

Either one can be purchased from TSC or a local feed store.

Thank you I have goat safeguard on hand so I will do this for all of my chickens. I checked her over for mites or lice and found nothing. I looked where you suggested and under her wings and around her body and saw nothing. I don’t think the poops with red are hers. Since separating her she’s only had green with white poops that look runny. She’s still eating and drinking. I have brought in new chickens recently so could she just be stressed?

So she just pooped more green and then laid on her side with her wings spread out
