I have four 3 year old Buff Orpington hens. This morning they were all fine. i went to work, and checked them after dinner. One was leaning against the fence of the run. It turns out that she can’t stand up - keeps falling over to the left. Wing isn’t dragging or anything - just falls over. Otherwise alert and bright eyed. They get layer pellet, food hasn’t changed, and the rest seem healthy.
of course it’s Friday evening, so can’t get ahold of a vet for a few days.
Anyone have any thoughts on whats going on or how I can make her more comfortable? I have her in a box with a towel, and she’s leaning against the side.

When was her last egg?

I'd check her over for lice/mites, look her over for any injuries/bruising/swelling, make sure her crop is emptying overnight.

Get some poop photos.

Work on hydration. Electrolytes if you have them or a little warmed sugar water.
Once she's drinking, offer a bit of food.

Hard to know what's happening with her. Have you had hot weather?

Thank you! Hard to say when her last egg was because all 4 have been together. It’s been cool & overcast here. I’ll try getting her some water and food and keep monitoring. Thanks again for your reply.
