I've been saying this for a few years, I'm going to get one. Not sure which one or where but when it hits me...It's on!!! So my daughter turned 18 ..She had been begging me for a tattoo for 2 years. I held her off as long as I could. Afterall, she is in college away from home...straight As..loving..kind..beautiful..honest...So I said fine Im caving. She then proceeded to suggest I get the chicken tat I had been talking about with her and have a "bonding" moment with her! Lol we are already very close so this was just icing on the cake...Well 3 months of planning and researching the perfect place and artist as well as design...we did it! I picked her up from college yesterday and spent the next 5 hours with her, her boyfriend ( who also got one) and I...one of the best days Ive had 
Im in love with it and the photos do not do it any justice!! The foot prints start on my big toe and go up my foot..around my ankle and stops on the other side where my baby chick is hiding

This is my second tattoo..
The butterfly is on my stomach for privacy because its basically meant for me...It represents my girls Emma and Morgan. You can see their names on each wing with lady bugs...they have always been called "Bug" as a nick name and the butterfly is something laugh at constantly...My girls are easily distracted...They Could be in the middle of a heated debate or serious movie and a "butterfly" flutters by and they are lost! We have ALWAYS called them out on it and said "butterfly" in a soft childlike voice when it happens with them haha...
Anyone else have a good clean story behind their tattoo??? Lol
