Chicken twitching her neck

I was feeding my chicken some lettuce when all the sudden she started twitching her neck from side to side in a very concerning way. Anyone know what's happening?

She could be adjusting her crop, but sometimes I have seen neurological symptoms or mini seizures that can look similar. How does her crop feel? Is it full and firm? Can you check it first thing in the morning at daylight before eating to see if it empties overnight? Let us know if you think it is adjusting the crop or if it looks neurological.

She was put upside-down and lettuce was removed from her airway. She's okay for now, and will be monitored.
