Chicken with bad infection on mouth/face (was Vitamin B complex injectable dosage for chicken)

Same ole... Same ole...
She was fine and clean for a while. Yesterday i saw she was getting pus scabs on her wattle
and above one eye. I have honestly no idea anymore what to try. Using baytril stops it. Then she gets good vitamins and probiotics, and then it starts again. Hasn't laid an egg for almost 4-5 months now. Isn't molting either. I just don't know

Lost one eye recently... whatever she has is eating on her...
head feathers are falling out one by one. I am as clueless as it can get.

Well... i put my beautiful Anna down two days ago. Her eye was infected, abx didn't work anymore. Thanks for all your help ❤
