Fowl pox is a virus and there is no real treatment, it just runs it's course, usually with no real issues. It's best to leave the scabs alone, disturbing them can spread the virus.
If one was really nasty you could dab a bit of iodine on it, I generally just leave them alone. Once the bird recovers it will have some resistance to that strain. Keeping things as clean as you can, and keeping waterers and feeders clean can help prevent the spread. The initial infection is usually from mosquito bites.
 
Betadine is antiseptic and anti fungal. It wont do anything for a viral condition I'm led to believe.
Here, thyme water is used as a mild soothing antiseptic.
