Chicken won’t use her tongue

Hi again, i posted previously about my Brahma drooling and not eating. We took all your advice and we have recently dewormed her (still currently working on it) given her electrolyte supplement in her water, calcium pills, and wet food. She is still really struggling to eat but wants to eat so bad. She will eat some mealworms and wet pellets.
She doesn’t seem to be using her tongue. Her mouth and tongue look healthy she just has her tongue way in the back of her throat. Could there be something with the tongue that we are missing?
None of the farm vets will take her in since we are not current clients so i am beside myself just trying to bring her back to her normal self. Thank you!

Sometimes a chicken can get a hair or string in their beaks, wrapping around the tongue, and swallow it, pulling the tongue back into or down the throat. I hope that you can figure out what is wrong.

Do you have any suggesting how to grab it without hurting her?
