Yes, the lesions will keep coming back until you can give her the medicine. The only signs that it’s blocking her esophagus are her drooling and not being able to swallow/eat. So basically what she’s doing now.
I see. What incredible timing that it's the holidays and I probably won't get the medicine as quickly as I ordered it to be.
 
If she were mine, I would remove all of the pus and dab the area from which it was removed with iodine.
I've tried but there are some stubborn bits. I don't have iodine. Do you have a specific one you use? Does it slow down it coming back?
 
Does that area feel swollen?
The best I can do by myself and my mom not wanting to hold her/help me. TBH I can't tell if it's swollen or not. Maybe? It looks meaty

I tried looking down her throat and I didn't see any more of the stuff but that's not enough proof that its in her esophagus
