Chicken Yellow poop

We got chickens in the beginning of March so I'd say they are almost 4 months old and this morning letting them out I noticed one pooped and it looked like this? I'm guessing this isn't good? If not what can I give it to treat it before anything happens to my knowledge it's eating and drinking okay I am in N.C. and it's in the low 90's this week.

To me it just looks like urates, I wouldn't be concerned about it. But keep a close eye.
With hotter weather they will drink more water therefore making their droppings more loose.

I had a hen poop multiple times like this, she was egg bound and later passed, if you see any more signs of this or foamy poop I recomend doing a epson soak.
