Maybe you can find a loving home for these birds! There are some forums on this big one for individual areas, maybe someone just outside the city would be willing to take them both. I hope so. You have taken good care of them, it's irresponsible for your uncle to dump animals. Especially making more of them to dump (chicks). Best of luck

Go to the Where Are You? Where Am I? section and post there in your state thread, if you decide to rehome them. I don't even know these birds (I'm in Missouri!) and have become quite attached to them! I REALLY don't want to see them just pitched out to fend for themselves!
