Our 3rd girl started laying today!! That's 3 out of 8 laying and we got our 1st GREEN EGG!!! Wooh! I guess my girls wanted to wish me a Merry Christmas

To top it all off, Penelope has let me WATCH her lay her eggs the last several times in a row and I got a video of her!

what's funny is that the chicken is the way is Phoebe, who just laid today. I guess she's been learning from watching Penelope on the nest! haha, so cute

I was greeted with a Merry Christmas Cockadoodledoo! My 18 week dark Brahma was squeeking around during the day yesterday but this was the first morning of many to come that he made his morning entrance known to all! What a fun way to start Christmas. He was kind and waited until after 7am.
