Is there anything we can do?

It's got curled toes and looks like that leg is twisted. Maybe by fixing the toes the leg will be able to properly align.

The curled toes can be fixed within 24 hours usually.

We've had that a few times. We cut thin cardboard about the size of the foot with the toes extended, then plant the foot on that cardboard and using Vetwrap, tape the foot to the cardboard. Here's an article where they used just wide masking tape. Time is of the essence with fixing the toes asap though.

I would also put vitamins in their water every other day. We use Poultry Cell or Nutra-Drench. The vitamins help healing and growth among other things.

It could be a riboflavin (vitamin B 2 deficiency,) but a slipped tendon also could be the issue. Is there a sore on the left hock? Does the left leg go outward? Get some human B complex or super B complex at Walmart or other pharmacy vitamin aisle. Spring Valley is affordable. Crush 1/4-1/2 tablet and put in a little water with a dropper or give in a little food. Slipped tendons are difficult if not impossible to treat. You can use tape on the bottom and top of the foot and place the toes in a normal position for 3 days or so to help.

Thank you. There does not appear to be a sore on the hock but the left leg does indeed go outward. I had gotten the fertilized eggs from a friend and I suspect that the two with the injury/issue are from the same hen, but because they all come from the same farm, do you think it would it be worth giving the whole batch of chicks the B supplement (maybe at the lower dosage)?

Thank you!

You could, but I'd just go with the vitamin water for them.
