Chicks won’t come out of coop

I have 6, 5 week old chicks that were moved to the coop a week ago ( temps are u. The 80’s during the day and 60’s at night. They’re eating and acting fine but they mostly stay in the coop and will only come out when I go in the run or they see my dog. Will they start venturing out and staying out of the coop?

It sounds to me that they don’t feel save enough to be outside alone. In my opinion, they will grow out of it.
