Cleaning old coop and run

I need to clean out the coop and run in our new property.
Any recommendations on disinfectant, and what to use for the flooring in the run once it’s cleaned?

I'd put some leaves and peat moss in the run.

Couple of months. Chickens were left with us so we’ve brought them to where we live while we renovate but the poor things have mad scaly mites, so needs a very good clean.
