Coccidia in baby and older chicks

My younger Flock was diagnosed with coccidia by a vet. Before I found out they were infected I put eggs in the incubator and I have hens sitting on eggs that are about to hatch. My question is… do I need to treat the chicks in the brooders and the ones about to hatch for coccidia also? If so, what dosage? The other chicks are between 6-15 weeks old. They’ve been on amprolium for 2 weeks and the vet just said to do another 2 weeks because they are still infected. I’ve read where people lower the dosage after five days but I didn’t think to ask the vet about that. What should I do? Also, I have 2 chicks that are approximately 10 weeks old that are worse off than the others. Weight loss and lethargic. One of them is my favorite bird. Is there anything that I can do to help them pull through? They are currently in the intensive care unit.

Which Corid do you have? The powder or the liquid? Exactly how much were you using?

You will need to treat the entire flock all at the same time and be prepared to treat the newly hatched chicks once they hatch.

I’m using the powder Corid. I’ve been doing a teaspoon and a half per gallon

If you have been already giving it to them for 2 weeks and it didn't work the vet may need to prescribe something stronger.
