My chicks are now about 6 weeks old and I’ve been letting them free range during the day and bring them inside at night since we had a bit of a warm spell. It looks as though a couple of chicks are beginning to have bloody stools and act lethargic. I’ve been feeding them medicated starter with Amprolium and just ordered a 16oz bottle of Corid. I’m just curious, is the amount of medication in their food enough to fight it off, or should I begin supplementing Corid in their water?

I recommend giving the chicks with bloody feces a sulfa drug such as SMZ-TMP.
Use a pill cutter to quarter the tablet into 4 pieces. Give one quarter piece to each sick chick twice a day for no more than 7 days.
Here's where you can order it and I recommend ordering it right away.
