I have been treating 7 pullets for coccidiosis with Corid liquid. We lost one very quickly about a week ago after I found a significant bloody stool in the coop one morning. We went the last three days without seeing any bloody stool so I was hoping that was behind us. Today there was a tiny tinge if it on regular solid poop so Im wondering if that was just shedding, but there is someone that still has brown runny diarrhea. Is there a way to treat that? No blood in it. Should i stop giving them larvae and veggies to snack on? Should I continue Corid longer than 7 days? Do I stop Corid and move to probiotics? I was also going to switch them back to medicated feed once the Corid treatment is done.

Are you sure it’s not cecal poop? It tends to be more runny and can be anywhere from a light yellow brown almost a tad foamy to a dark black runny goo. Can you get a picture of it?

The first was fresh this morning and has dried a bit. The second is newer.
