Cochin bantam male or female?

This is my only Cochin bantam and I’ve been waiting and waiting to see if it would lay an egg or if it would crow or start acting roosterish but it hasn’t. It’s been of age to do either or but my other rooster hasn’t been aggressive towards it or tried to mate with it. Any guesses if this is a male or female?? Also on a side note.. any insight on why around its nose is so dark? Is this normal or is something wrong? It’s acting fine but wasn’t sure about it.

That little guy looks like a hen to me! Also, the coloring around her beak looks completely normal.
