Morning! Coffee isn’t hot anymore so I’ve been nuking it. Still tastes ok.

Very cool I love my mcmuffins in the morning.

I do too but the muffins get my blood sugar too high. I only eat them now and again.

Ya know he makes himself breakfast of pancakes and french toast or a bowl of cheerios with a banana.
Never has he followed a blood sugar diet but is the most stable. Thank my lucky stars.
