Geez I’m late for the first cup. We had a ton of rain But I don’t think the wind was too bad.

No one was up but me till 10:30 but not ready to leave.
I am making the pie with peanuts.

Good morning! Thanks for the coffee! I guess it’s about time to forage for food, it’s been at least 3 days since I went to the store, haha!
We finished off the Christmas Eve rib roast which means a new dinner to plan and execute for tonight. I have really enjoyed having food that can be eaten for several days, or at least gets prepped ahead of time so the cooking itself is less involved. You tube says that’s what restaurants do so it must be true! Lol
