Coloring brown eggs

We have had our chickens for over a year now and this is our first Easter with their beautiful brown eggs. Any one have suggestions to successfully dye these eggs and how?

This will do you no good, Lubird...Easter's over and I just saw your post. But I wanted to share our results with you; maybe you will want to try it next year. This was also our first Easter with our chickens, and I didn't know what to do with brown eggs. We ended up using plain yogurt and food coloring. Spread the yogurt on a paper plate...drop in a few drops of food coloring...roll the egg around in it. Then you leave the sticky messy egg on a plate to dry a bit...then wipe with a damp paper towel. We had mixed results...some better than others...but here is a picture of 12 that were our favorites. They kind of look like marble...beautiful!
