Concord grapes OK as a treat?

Now that I know they can eat concord grapes, what about the skin? I find it a little tough for me. I think I'll skin the grapes, and these grapes do not have seeds to worry about.

The chickens don't care about the tough skin. They'll swallow it just fine and grind it up in their gizzards like everything else.

I'm too far south for Concords, but we have muscadines and my chickens have been loving it when I give them the overripe ones.
