has anyone used coopex as a means to kill mites?

is this safe around chickens and in their coop?

what if they ingest a little bit of coopex?

Read label, look it up online or call number on label.
What is the active ingredient, research that chemical name.

if mites is your only problem buy DE diatomaceous earth. You can buy it at places like tractor supply (maybe lowes idk) or online, get food grade if you are worried about any mammals ingesting it. It is a more natural bug killer that kills off a huge list of insects. You can sprinkle it in the coop litter and nesting boxes and/or even mix it in the chicken feed to help prevent worms and other intestinal parasites. google it
