Cracked beak

I just noticed that one of my 6 month old Plymouth Barred Rocks has a cracked beak. I've been giving them moist pellet layer feed because they weren't eating when i switched from crumble to pellet. I noticed 4 days ago that this same hen's butt feathers were clumped with poop so i washed her bottom. She is still eating and drinking, should i do something about her beak or leave her alone. Occasionally I give them scratch and kitchen scraps, i haven't noticed her behavior but I'll start keeping an eye on her when i put out treats.
