So basically I made some chocolate lava cakes and they were for a party and I didn’t get any good pictures so here is my bad pictures! Sorry! They were good but they were cold when I took the picture so they did not flow as they should have had they been room temp. Anyway here’s the pics: (sorry for the disappointment next year I will try harder DW!

I am a little late to the sourdough craze- but thought with the snowy winter we have been having in NY it would be a great challenge. I received the starter from a co-worker that I commute with. One boule in and I was hooked. While his loaves experiment with add ins and flavors, I like to keep mine tried and true with the artistic flare occurring in the scoring. No one in my friend and family group is upset with my new hobby lol

Here is my Valentine's day take

I was at a thrift store yesterday and found heart-shaped cake and cupcake tins. We’re going to a Super Bowl party tonight, so I thought why not. Finished the baking yesterday and just finished the frosting. I thought it would be quick and simple, turned into two day task. it’s three layers. definitely rewarding and I’ll try and get a picture when l cut it tonight.
