Mom is a simple Blau Rosetta, the Blau gene in general causes a lot of variation. I don't think she has fee. Likely just one copy of Blau.
It's possible this little guy is a Blau Tibetan (two copies of EB, and thus more eumelanin/black pigment), it's possible that he doesn't have Blau and has some other mutation like Fee from the father.
