Deformed/ consistently strange eggs?

One of my EEs has been laying eggs with small calcium deposits on the top of the shell for a while now. I know that its normal every once in a while, but after collecting her egg today I’m a bit worried.

This is nothing like I’ve seen before compared to the other calcium deposits (if this even is one).What could cause this? I’m worried about this certain hen since none of my other hens lay their eggs with calcium deposits this often.

What do you feed, including treats?
Does she act normal?
Any lice/mites, when was the last deworming?
