Denizli chickens ?

There is a "Coops Coops" that has offered eggs on eBay. That's the only place I've ever seen them offered.

What type did you get? White, henna, red, black, ....?
Earings or no? Small comb or large?

Are the pair from the same type?

I've heard of long crowers....are there competitors now in the crowing types..
I just read lets see sad, funny..low,high, ?was it. ?etc..I forget the others...
As well as 'wolf', pus, etc...(too late for my retention.)..sounds really interesting. I can't wait to keep up with how you're doing with them..you're going to have some fun with these!

They are a pair of 2 year old birchen. They are in their prime,have light on and layer pellets trying to get eggs before winter. I have tomaru pullets and may try a cross too this spring..

Are there any more available where you got them? I would love to have some by they are really difficult to find! I got eggs shipped once, had one make it to hatch but it didn't live long

The guy sold me his last pair. He was going to start breeding Sumatras. He had 5 eggs but ate them. I'm still waiting for eggs,would like to hatch some before winter

Just checking back with you on your new Denizli pair.
Especially for the breeding but this also has helped me jumpstart laying again I give much higher % protien game feed. This too helps with the eggs being stronger for enduring shipping better too. This has been my experience. ..thought it might help

Thanks,they been on laying pellets and turkey starter. Vegetables and grass. They seem happy and content. Crowing up a storm LOL
