Not a bit. I call him Ralph. His skinny friend is Ed.

This is Hal. ( I named him for Hal Linden of Barney Miller fame. )
I don't know anything about his heritage. He is an Ebay find. I believe he may be from the Christmas Valley collection. I fell in love with the small details. I especially love his trench coat.
