Depluming mites??

I have a hen who is looking a little mangled. I know that sometimes when a roo has a favorite they can pluck feathers but I don’t know that I’ve ever had one quite this bad. Could this be depluming mites? It’s right in the base of her back and wings, the rest of her feathers seem ok. My concern is because the feathers arent totally plucked but rather broken in some places. Def seems a little dirty around the vent area too but no visible mites and it’s also been horribly rainy and mucky here so they’re all a little dirty. I also don’t think she has molted yet so her feathers are quite old to begin with. She turned 1 back in March. Anyone think this could be depluming mites or maybe just my roosters thinking she’s super cute (I have 2 roosters and 16 hens)
