Did my sexed chicks contain a male?

Bought some black sex link chicks, but one of them has a far more developed waddle and comb then the rest. The pullets have traces of gold on their breast feathers, and this one has traces of white. I am starting to think that it is a male, but trying to be 100% sure. I am not allowed roosters in town so it would have to disappear to keep code enforcement off my back. Have 2 pictures to show, one from the chick in question and a 2nd from what the rest look like. They are almost 7 weeks old.

Yes the first one pictured looks like a cockerel. Where did you get them? Different places use different combinations for sex links. Some are easier than others to tell at hatch. They can not be sexed in future generations.

Definitely a male and most likely not a black sexlink. A black sexlink male would be barred, and this bird is not. If they came from a farm supply store I'd say someone got chicks mixed in the bins.
