Differance between Brown-red and BBR?

Now I get it catdaddyfro and Sonoran Silkies. So does my oeg bantam roo have a duckwing pattern then? And my modern game have a crow wing pattern? I must say he does not like the washing machine so he is frowning. poor guy

Yes and yes just as you stated see the difference in the secondary wing feathers (triangle). The bantam's are red/black=red duck-wing/BBR the modern game's are solid black=crow-wing/Brown-red. Your hen in the first group of pics. is a good color example of Brown-red/crow-wing and the one in your second group is a good color for BBR/red or gold duck-wing female. Pretty birds I like the lacing leaking through on the moderns breast/ showey LOL

He does have some red lacing on his chest. I think he has may have cochin in him. He has feathered legs but only 4 toes. His legs are white with black spots. I wonder if he could be cochin X rosecomb. WHo knows lol.

Thanks catdaddyfro, Now I am learning something about the color of my birds. That modern game family is pretty funny. When I get the camera out they usually stand and pose for me unless they are really noti n the mood. They never fight with anyone and range with other breeds, however when they have babies they are always pure. So Mister modern game keeps a good eye on his hens.
