Please I would like to know if this device is accurate for an incubator. Thank you.

I just found it on Amazon, and it has zero reviews, so I wouldn't trust it.

For less than that price, you could get a Govee. Some of the Govees have wi-fi so anywhere you go you could be checking the temp/humidity in your incubator. Plus, I think every Govee has a phone app where you can calibrate it if it's off at all.

They always have one or more of their models on sale too, such as this one. I have one of these and a few others and like this one the best, and it's wi-fi.

I use something that looks similar (black) and got 3 for $10, they are pretty accurate to one another and have made a huge difference in my hatch success. Get multiple and if the mostly agree then you are good to go but if one is way off don’t use it.

Thanks. I’m guessing the 34% is for the humidity whiles 24.2 C is for the temperature right?

Yes.

I have one similar somewhere around here. It was decently accurate but once I found the Govees, I stuck with those. This one is $7.99 but it's battery, not rechargeable like the one you posted.

Like I said, for around the same price you could buy a quality one or ones.

I get it. My incubator temperature is reading 37.5 whiles this digital device is reading at 34C. The humidity is 51%. I have not added water to the incubator yet as it raises the humidity level to around 60% plus. Can incubate dry without adding water?

Your humidity outside of the incubator may be causing it. I would wait until it falls to below 40% then add a little and see what it goes up to.

I wouldn't incubate "dry" as in dry-hatching unless you research that so you know what you're doing. If your humidity in the room is high, you wouldn't be able to dry hatch anyway.

That temp is way too low! You should test your new thermometer quick to see if it's accurate. There's a salt test or just stick in in your fridge or freezer if you are certain what those temperatures are.
