Do I have the whole silkie top notch sexing backwards?

I gave away all 4 white silkies, they all had the same straight up and out top notch

Kept the one..that was definitely big ole rounded top notch

Today entering the house I heard a low sounding.. Trying to- Crow sound

And ran to the box..now it could be the two seremas or the Cochin

But I think those are girls
So that leaves the silkie then

The hens have more rounded upright crests. Very globular like this!

The roosters have crests with streamers coming out of the back. They just have little "hair" feathers spiked behind their crests. This isnt the best example of streamers though.

this guy has some pretty good streamers, if you needed a pic. He was kinda disgusting when this pic was taken, because of the mud.
