I'm pretty sure that it's against community guidelines for her to share private messages on her social media account. So hopefully she'll end up getting her account suspended. She made it very clear she never intended to delete it

Her website makes it pretty clear she can cancel an order for any reason and that it will take time for a refund to post in that case. I don’t think there’s much you can do in that regard or with respect to her airing the dirty laundry in public. You might be able to report her posts to Facebook as violating their community guidelines.
