Do you think a raccoon could get into this?

What about now?

I’ve also got a two strand electric fence around all my coops that I turn on at night. That was the main thing that ended my raccoon visits this last spring.
I don't see a lock on that box, is there one?
Coons are strong...a few of them could push it off the edge as it looks to be sitting on a porch.
Coons will tear and twist at the chicken wire and hardware cloth as well, unless you have it sandwiched between two pieces of wood.

ETA: I do see the electric wire now. So that is a big plus if they can't get past it.

Window screen? Might slow 'em down.

Good point! Coon could lift lid easy.

Hope the hot wire works.

I don’t know what kind of coons y’all have seen, but no coons are going to be pushing this 200 lb brooder around. Also, you're mistaken in thinking it’s a window screen, and that it doesn’t have locks.

Saw a video of one lifting a garage door.
The lid doesn't weight 150#.

It looks like window screen..I was asking if it was.
We were also asking if there was a lock/latch on the lid.

You came here asking us "Do you think a raccoon could get into this?"
We're just trying to help troubleshoot you set up.
