So I bought some eggs from a local farm to hatch. They was supposed to be full blooded silkies. I have had 2 hatch so far(out of 10) one has black skin and 5 toes and then I get this little guy. He only has 4 toes and has pink/white skin. I paid good money for these eggs. But now I am wondering what I should do? I wanted all silkies to breed and raise for show and sell.
Her silkies are beautiful. I am curious if I should wait until all the others have hatched and then message her?

If they don't have black skin they aren't silkies.
Some silkie crosses even have black skin so even the ones you hatch that do aren't guaranteed pure.
I would email them since you didn't get what you paid for.
I don't know that I'd even consider breeding any of them. Depends how the rest turn out.
Maybe they just got a mistaken egg in the batch or maybe you just got flat scammed. Hard to say yet.

There's somebody on my local CL right now selling some sort of mixed chicks as "quality silkies". Have pictures of the supposed parents. Yellow skin and 4 toes on the chicks. It's irritating because some people just don't know what to look for and get taken for it.

I would go ahead and contact them with a picture of that little one and explain that this is not what you intended to buy, nor what you were sold. Let them know that you'll update them once all the eggs hatch out as to what you ended up with. If they're any sort of decent person, they'll make it right. It's totally possible it was just an honest mix up.

What color were all the eggs? What color was that particular chick's egg?

It’s hard to say what it is. I know from personal experience with reputable breeders that sometimes silkies can have pink skin and sometimes they can have four toes or even extra toes. Five toes and black skin is definitely most desirable. Cuckoo silkies and crele silkies for instance do not have black skin. Sometimes paint silkies come out with pink skin too. It just happens. The fact that it only has four toes makes me think it’s something else. Perhaps a satin? Many silkie keepers have satins as well which are part Cochin. Can you take a pic of the comb?

They was all normal silkie color and all the same size. I have had one for sure silkie hatch. I know the seller has D'uccles, Frizzles and Silkies. But she said she had them all seperate in different lots. So I'm hoping she just accidentally threw one in
