Does anyone have a slight idea what the issue with my hens eye could be?

Hey, so i have a hen who is currently 10months old and we grew her up from a chick. We have given her no vaccine since she was small and she seams to be thriving until now.
She seams happy at most eating grass, digging outside the Coop and loves a good treat like cabbage or salad. Infact this is one of the hens I own that loves almost everything a chicken loves. My other 2 hens you can see are fussy to some treats like meat, and even some scraps to.
I just wander what's going on with her eye as it looks kinda swollen. At times she will Open it, not fully and close that eye. Her other eye is fine by the way.
I've tried to apply eye wash, for her eye about once a day but that has only helped her eye open. Her eyelid kinda looks swollen to so I'm not sure what has happend.
I was worried that it might be a disease since I have no clue what's causing it. The Coop is kept nice and tidy, so is the outside. She can't contact with any birds since we have wiring all around the area they go outside to.
I just find it odd becuase she doesn't show any other signs of illness or anything. She even lays eggs daily to so I can't even figure out what's up.
Although her eggs have a slight pale colour to them compared to my other Hens who have dark brown eggs. Do chickens yawn when they open there mouth and stretch there neck? Just wandering becuase she does that on occasions to.
Would appreciate some help if anyone has any idea what I should do to help her out.
Il post some pictures down below so you can have an idea of how the swelling looks.

Have you added any new birds in the last couple of weeks? Her eye may be injured but it could be a sign of mycoplasma (MG,) a chronic respiratory disease. No need to separate her since the others would already be exposed from the same source. I would get some Tylosin or Tiagard and treat her water for 5 days. Also apply either Terramycin eye ointment or plain Triple Antibiotic Ointment twice daily into her eye after cleaning with eye wash or saline. Here is some info on MG:

We only added 3 hens about 4 months ago, that being the two you see on the pictures and a light susex hen. They have lived all tougher now for about 4 months in the new Coop but her eye only started swelling just recently so I don't think my other hens are the cause of it as they are very healthy and thriving to in the coop. Although she has been in contact with multiple hens in the past when she was younger I would say, since we had 5 hens we gave away and one of them where her mother, she even lived with a Duck and a rooster which we also sold to. And now she lives with these hens .
I Will definitely try better treatment as I think I haven't really helped much.
