Does gapeworm in snails die when cooked?

If concerned just get some fenbendazole. While technically off label, it's commonly used in small birds and poultry and many other small mammals of all ages. Most commonly used for dairy cattle due to no withholding period.
It has shorter duration of action than ivermectin.

It has become known for human use in recent times for certain purposes. Although not approved for that.

Very easy to administer via drinking water also.
