Hope this clears up some confusion...
The above was for a 3.5 kg bird, your bird weighs 1.82 kg, *not* 4 kg,
At the 10 mg/kg dose the math for a 1.82 kg bird is:
1.82 x 10 / 100 = 0.18 ml
This is the math for a 4 pound bird:
4 / 2.2 x 10 / 100 = 0.18 ml
Your 4 pound bird has been getting 22 mg/kg, which is much more than most vets would prescribe.
Hope this helps.
The pdf says it's 100 mg/ml.

Hey guys my asil rooster 3.5 kg is wheezing and sneezing and has a mild diarrhea. So I bought enrofloxacin 10 ml injectable solution it say each ml contains 100mg. I also have a few insulin syringes these are omnican 100 (1ml). How much should I give him plz help
The dose that most people say their vets told them to use is 10 mg/kg twice a day for 3-5 days. The math for that is:
3.5 x 10 / 100 = 0.35 ml twice a day.
Look at post #3 in this one:
